Body Language is essential to understanding. It really is something that should be studied considering that something like 55% of communication is done through it. Yet, there don’t seem to be many classes/courses on the subject. There are indeed a lot of books. Reading these will certainly give you an edge but if you could get some real training like an FBI agent. It could be the deciding factor in winning over the client or catching the criminal.
