Whether we like changing environments or not, the world is going to continue to change and we need to adapt with it. Children tend to do this best and generally seem to accept the world for what it is in the now as they have no historical knowledge until later in life. When it comes to the workplace, this too is ever changing. Stagnant business tend to fail so we must adapt. However, when we look to bringing on new resources, are we concerned with gender and age groups? It is a challenging situation as this continues to be a problem in the workforce.
