Collaboration is essential in the office environment. If we only work in silos, we will not understand the needs of others and look for improvement in processes. It is common for individuals to focus on their career and doing the work put in front of them day in and day out. However, not taking the time out to continuing to enhance their skill, they hurt themselves. Furthermore, if you do not work with other departments, you miss many other opportunities of learning. They may be doing something different to which you could be applying..or vice versus.

- Discuss the article – takeaways, agree/disagree, and etc.
